I got a chance to review the Heartbreaker II By Fun Factory and this toy definitely has its ups and downs. The thing I like best about it is its look! I almost think it looks more like a tool or a flashlight than a sex toy. It’s made out of water-resistant silicone, which is a plus if you like to play in the bath or shower.
Another thing I especially liked about this toy is how flexible it is! The first couple of inches of the toy are made entirely of silicone, so it bends like crazy! That being said, it’s also a downfall, because that means the motor isn’t located in the tip of the vibrator, but in the middle, thus you’re getting your strongest vibrations in the center of the toy. But, regardless of where the fun is coming from, it’s still a fun toy.
It has adjustable speeds, although it was a bit tricky to figure out. It’s not the regular kind of speed dial. If you turn it one way, it will go from off, to low, to higher and then continue turning the same way and it will go off again. The only real problem with that is sometimes when you have it at the highest setting, you might bump it a bit and it will go off suddenly.
The battery compartment was a little hard to find as well. I’m so used to the vibrators that are all the same with the twist off end. This toy has a couple of points on the side that you have to press in, and then the end releases. It was a bit tricky at first, but I managed. This toy takes 2 AA batteries.
Another thing I liked about it was that it was quite quiet. While playing I never worried that someone in the next room could hear what I was up to. I found the toy to be a little large near the base, so it’s not one of my favorites for insertion, although the tip is quite a bit smaller, and there are fun bumps and a bit of a curve at the tip for g-spot stimulation.
The heartbreaker is not my favorite toy, but definitely gets an A+ for design and how quiet it is!
