The vibe uses one double A battery and the site states that it is quiet, powerful and made in Japan. If there’s one thing I’ve learned before, it’s that the Japanese make great sex toys!
When my iVibe arrived, I couldn’t wait to use it, and went to bed with it that night. I opened up the package, inserted the battery, and turned it on. The vibrator isn’t what I would call quiet, but it certainly isn’t annoyingly loud either. If you aren’t using one of the jelly attachment heads, it comes with a simple flat top with some little nubs on it. I have to note that this is my favorite of all the attachments so far. All of my other vibrators are rounded and big, but this little flat head is perfect for massaging myself the way I like it. And this little vibrator sure packs a punch! For being so tiny, the vibrations are very powerful. The “jelly” attachments are different than I expected in that they are hard and inflexible, but the vibrations travel through them in delightful ways and all of them are fun to play with.
This little vibe is absolutely fabulous.
