from Pastease

I'm a bit of a burlesque fan and I absolutely love the art of tease. One night I was thinking about burlesque performers and how they often wear those nipple covers called pasties. That got me surfing around the net and I came across this awesome site called Pastease. At Pastease.com, they have all kinds of pasties, with all kinds of collections full of exciting styles to choose from.
First, there are Pastease in shapes like flowers, stars, skulls & cross bones, cherries, hearts, butterflies, flames, kisses, and even pot leaves! They are also home to the strapless Pastease bikini which consists of a set of Pastease and a matching bottom that is an adhesive triangle to cover only the most intimate lady bits! I think you could get arrested at a normal beach wearing something like this, but it sure would attract a hell of a lot of attention first.
Besides normal Pastease there is also a mini collection that just barely cover your nipples. These come in sets of three, including stars, hearts, and little circles. They go in that order of small, smaller, and smallest! I imagine these take tease to a whole new level. There is a Glitterotica collection as well that includes Pastease that come with different glitters, and then there are also glow Pastease, which would absolutely rock at the club.
On top of offering strapless bikinis, there are also real bikini bottoms on sale with matched sets of Pastease. You can get yourself a nice Brazilian bikini bottom with beautiful Pastease for cute tan lines, or you can get a micro bikini and a set of Pastease to go underneath.
As if all of that isn't enough to choose from, there are collections of Pastease, like themed packages of three for Halloween, Labour Day, or just anyday with stars collections, nudes, daisies, and more.
So now that you have an idea of what is on offer, I'll give you a first hand review! I was lucky enough to receive a sampling of Pastease, receiving a set of skull and crossbones, cherries, daisies, and stars. These are part of the regular Pastease collection and look just as great as they do in the photos on the site. The only unfortunate thing is that I wasn't the person to wear the Pastease in the end as I had a model to photograph and offered her the opportunity to try them out. She was keen and so Operation Pastease was go!
Picking out the skull and crossbones, my model went off to the bathroom to apply. At first, she got the skull lower than she liked, so she had to peel it back and re-stick, which was a little bit tricky but worked. Luckily she hadn't really pressed it on hard yet, so it moved without any damage to the sticky back.
When the Pastease were stuck in place and she came out, the skull and cross bones looked great! They completely covered the nipple, areola and all, so absolutely no nipple was showing. They were stuck fast and definitely weren't moving for the rest of the night, at least not until she chose to take them off. The nipple cover itself is a design printed onto a material that is much like felt with a sticky backing made of a medical grade 3M adhesive. They are even waterproof!
I think that Pastease are perfect for occasions when you want to wear something without a bra but are a bit worried about a nipple slip. For example, when you wear a corset. I almost never wear a corset without some item of clothing on underneath because I'm worried about popping a nipple, but with a pair of these on, it wouldn't be an issue. Also, these would be ideal for wearing under a see through top, instead of wearing a bra. And while I may be too scaredy-cat to hit the beach in one of their Pastease bikinis (only because I don't have a hard lithe body for it really), these honestly would be perfect for a day of lounging in the sun. As the Pastease webpage says, if the areola of the nipple is covered, most places consider you sufficiently covered to avoid any hassle from the police.
When it came time to remove the Pastease, my model discovered that they hurt a tiny bit to remove. I suspect this is because everyone has little tiny hairs on their skin, even girls on their chests *gasp!*, so it was a bit like pulling off a bandaid. I think that's probably to be expected when you are sticking something over your nipple.
I love this product, these nipple covers are super fun, really cute, and give us girls a lot more options when it comes to a state of (un)dress. I can't wait to hit the club with these!
